Where is my stuff?

You can track your orders on your account setup page. Orders usually get packaged and shipped on the same day. Once an order is shipped and the carrier's tracking number is assigned, we'll send you an email with the tracking information. Orders usually arrive in one to two business days. If you still have questions about your order, just send us an email with your order number and we'll help you out!

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and also offer the use of PayPal and Google Checkout. Purchase Orders may be accepted only after you have completed a credit application and our accounting department has approved the terms.

What if I want another copy of my receipt?

Go to your account details page and select the order/invoice number, and you will be able to print additional copies of your receipt.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We do currently collect sales tax in most states However, if you are part of a tax exempt organization, please send a copy of your tax exempt certificate to customerservice@officezilla.com or fax a copy of the certificate to 678-669-2969.

How does OfficeZilla handle returns?

First, please take a look at our return policy. If you need to return an item, please fill out this form, and we'll create a Return Authorization for you and email you Return Shipping Labels. Items returned without a Return Authorization may not be processed by the warehouse, and a credit will not be issued.

Where are my orders shipping from?

We ship directly to you from the closest available of our 35 distribution centers located throughout the continental United States.

Can I just pick my order up from your headquarters?

While a visit sounds lovely, all of our awesome office products are kept at our various distribution centers all over the country. If you desperately need your order ASAP, you have the option of picking it up directly from the distribution center! Give our Customer Service department a call at 1-800-699-7549 for more information.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most orders placed by 4:00pm will arrive by the next business day. However, occasionally an item may not be available from the distribution center nearest you and may take a few more days to arrive. Some items require truck delivery. If you see an item listed with the truck icon, please note those items may take up to 5 business days to be delivered.

Why do I sometimes receive multiple boxes for a single order?

In an effort to get you your order as quickly as possible, we will often ship some items from your nearest distribution center and then send the remaining items separately. Don't worry. Even though we are sending separate shipments, as long as your total order is $45 or more, your shipping is still free!

Where can I get coupons to save even more on my order?

The OfficeZilla weekly newsletter often includes information about special savings opportunities as well as special coupons. Sign up safely here. By the way, your email address is safe with us! We'll never spam you or sell your email address. Our newsletter also features a "safe unsubscribe" feature so that you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
