Where is my stuff?

You can track your orders on your account details page. Orders usually get packaged and shipped on the same day. Once an order is shipped and the carrier's tracking number is assigned, we'll send you an email with the tracking information. Orders usually arrive in one to two business days. If you still have questions about your order, just send us an email with your order number and we'll help you out!

How can I pay for my order?

We take Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Plus, we also let you use PayPal and Google Checkout. At this time we don't accept American Express gift-cards, Visa gift-cards or Purchase Orders. Zilla Holdings also accepts payment by debit card, checking account, and through Bill Me Later®, PayPal® and Google® payment methods. Credit and debit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed.

What if I want to pay for my order in gold from my pirate treasure?

Sadly, we can't take pirate booty right now. But if you dig up your treasure and deposit it in a bank, we can use Visa check cards.

What if I want another copy of my receipt?

Go to your account details page, and at the bottom of the page click on the order number you want to see and you'll be able to get reprints of your receipt.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

It depends on where are you located. If you are in Georgia, Tennessee or California, then yes. All deliveries in the state of Georgia require that sales tax be collected at the prevailing rate. However, this does not apply to tax exempt organizations. If your account represents a tax exempt organization, you must fax a copy of your tax exempt certificate along with a copy of your invoice to (949) 315-3179. Upon the receipt of this information we will remove all tax charges from the purchase.

How does OfficeZilla handle returns?

First, please take a look at our return policy. If you need to return an item, please fill out this form, and we'll create a Return Authorization for you. Whatever you do, don't return products without a Return Authorization, or the Earth might explode, likely causing your refund to be vaporized. At the very least, returns lacking the proper authorization will not get processed by the warehouse properly and we might not be able to issue a refund to you.

Where are my orders shipping from?

We ship directly to you from the closest available of our 35 distribution centers located throughout the continental United States.

Can I just pick my order up from your headquarters?

While a visit sounds lovely, all of our awesome office products are kept at our various distribution centers all over the country. If you desperately need your order ASAP, you have the option of picking it up directly from the distribution center! Give our Customer Service department a call at 1-800-699-7549 for more information.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most orders placed by 4:30pm Eastern Time will arrive by the next business day. However, occasionally an item may not be available from the distribution center nearest you. In that case, you will see a "truck" icon located on the product item detail screen. A product listed with this icon could take up to 5 business days for that item to arrive, depending upon which distribution center it is coming from.

Why do I sometimes receive multiple boxes for a single order?

In an effort to get you your order as quickly as possible, we will often ship some items from your nearest distribution center and then send the remaining items separately. Don't worry. Even though we are sending separate shipments, as long as your total order is $45 or more, your shipping is still free!

Where can I get coupons to save even more on my order?

The OfficeZilla weekly newsletter often includes information about special savings opportunities as well as special coupons. Sign up safely here. By the way, your email address is safe with us! We'll never spam you or sell your email address. Our newsletter also features a "safe unsubscribe" feature so that you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
