If you're not happy, we're not happy.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days of ordering, with some restrictions. You can return your merchandise for any reason – all you need is to fill out our simple Return Authorization Form.

Here are the details:

  • Damaged Merchandise: Damaged merchandise needs to be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the product. When possible, please report damaged goods directly to the shipper upon receipt so that we can process the claim. For freight deliveries, inspect items upon delivery and do not sign with the shipper that the product was delivered undamaged if the product is damaged.
  • Defective Merchandise: Defective items needs to be reported within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • If the return is because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping costs.
  • If we sent you a defective item, the wrong item, or the item was damaged in shipment, we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned at no cost to you.
  • All products must be complete, in their original packaging, and include all packaging, accessories, software, cables, instruction manuals, etc.
  • Specific Item Restrictions:
    • Items which are dated (calendars, planners, etc...) Are not eligible for refund/return unless they were damaged in shipment. (see "damaged merchandise" above.)
    • Custom or assembled furniture, technology hardware, and business machines sales are final. (damaged merchandise and defective items rules apply as normal.)
    • Ink and toner may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • Due to consumer safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on food, beverages, medicine, first-aid merchandise, and some janitorial items.

    Refunds

    No refunds can be issued without a Return Authorization Form - without it, society will probably crumble or something. Refunds are processed in the same way as the original method of payment, and will be credited when the product is received at the warehouse. Please allow 7-21 days for funds to show up on your account (allowing for our Returns Department and depending on your bank's processing times).
